Mr.Anil Balachandran was born on 1 st January 1987 and brought up in a middle class family in Kayamkulam, Alleppy district, Kerala. He had his schooling also in Alleppy and joined Kerala University in 2004 � 2007 to complete his graduation in BSc Mathematics. Later he shifted to Bangalore for higher studies and joined Acharya Institute of Management (VTU-Visweswarayya Technological University) where he had mastered his MBA in Sales & Marketing during 2007 -2009. Recently he received doctorate in Global Business Management from Al-Farabi Khazak National University. From school days, he had very strong inclination towards business in diverse categories and always dreamed of becoming a renowned business tycoon in life. He joined in a couple of multi-national companies after his post graduation and worked in sales department. But the strong desire for his own venture forced him to resign and march ahead with his dream. He invested all his earnings in 8 different ventures one after another and all his ventures turned disasters one after another which made him drown in debt which exceeded more than 1.20 crores at his young age. Now, he started dreaming of a debt-free journey which seemed like a mountain too high to climb. Very soon, he succeeded in finding his slips in business that made him a debtor. He understood that his strength lies with sales and decided to focus on sales only in the future instead of running after different departments. Being head of a company, C.E.O will have to keep an eye on all operations which will distract his concentration from sales. This perplex situation made him take a brilliant decision to commence sales coaching which was later proved to be a turning point in his life. In short period, Anil Balachandran established Anil Balachandran The Salesman Pvt Ltd which was later renamed as The King Maker with a mission to provide sales and business training sessions in Asia, GCC and Africa in the beginning. He is having 17 years of experience in sales coaching with a view to educate and connect the entire industry by building the largest community of promising and brightest sales people all over the world
